Subscriptions

With our subscription service, you pay a monthly fee and have a set number of pieces available to enjoy each month. With 5-Day Rentals, you pay 10% of the retail price, and we’ll send you the jewelry of your dreams to enjoy for a few days!

Just sign up! Navigate to our Subscription Plans page, pick the plan that’s right for your budget and jewelry needs. Depending on which plan you choose, you’ll have access to different price points of jewelry. After you’ve chosen and paid for your plan, you will have a few slots to fill each month – browse away and enjoy! You will always choose your exact pieces; there are no hidden surprises.

As long as you want! There is no due date or deadline to return your subscription pieces. Keep and enjoy them as long as you’d like, as long as you continue paying your monthly subscription fees.

Your new selections will be shipped as soon as the previous month’s returns are in transit. We will not send out new jewelry until we see that you have either purchased or returned your previous jewelry. After shipping, it should only take a couple days for your package to arrive.

Navigate to your Account Page, where the pieces you currently have at home are listed. Underneath each piece there is a pink Buy Now button. Click that button to add the piece to your cart, and check out as normal!

Yes, you can. Navigate to your Account page, where you can see the details of your current subscription. There, you can click the Cancel button. This will deactivate your subscription. All jewelry must be returned using your prepaid label upon cancellation of your subscription. If you want to rejoin later, simply subscribe as though you’re a new user.

You will receive an email notification when you have a Swap available. Log onto the Trielle site, and start shopping! At the top of all shopping pages, you can X out any items you wish to return, and add in new ones to replace them. Once you’re done selecting, simply close the site ship back your returns.

Items cannot be reserved in advance. Utilize the Next Month’s Selections option to make things easier next time you’re ready to exchange your pieces. Simply add pieces as normal. The items you choose for Next Month are not reserved or guaranteed. Fulfillment of your exact selection is based on availability after your next Swap is unlocked.

That's wonderful! You have two options.

1. Purchase a gift certificate in whatever amount you’d like, and the gift recipient can decide if she wants to purchase, subscribe, or rent.

2. Subscribe using the gift recipient’s email address, and make sure you give her the login info. That way she can log on and choose the pieces herself.

Shopping with Trielle

Trielle is an antique trillion-style diamond cut. We love the idea of an antique cut of diamond being the name for a modern, updated business. The concept of Trielle is to find a happy medium combining the trendy with the timeless.

All Trielle jewels are in new or like-new condition. Our team & our incredible designers refurbish pieces on a regular basis to ensure the jewelry remains in its original sparkling condition.

All Trielle jewelry is made of recycled solid gold and/or sterling silver, as well as precious and semi-precious gemstones. We do not carry any plated pieces. All of our jewelry is handcrafted meticulously by our wonderful designers.

For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn 1 point. Once you’ve accumulated 1500 points, you get a $100 discount. This discount can be redeemed for rentals, subscriptions, or purchases – up to you! There are some ways to get additional points, such as following us on social media or joining our newsletter.

The piece may have been purchased, selected for a subscription, or rented. Reach out to us by email. If the piece has sold, we can likely special order it for you! If it’s away for a subscription or rental, we’ll notify you when it’s back in stock.

5-Day Rentals

5-Day rentals are perfect for a special occasion! When it’s time for a special event, log onto the Trielle site and browse for your perfect pieces. On the product page, you can see a Rent for 5 Days button. Clicking this will add the item to your cart for 10% of the retail price. As soon as the piece delivers to your door, you have 5 days to wear and enjoy it! On day 6, you will be charged an additional 10% (and so on) until you either return the piece or purchase it in full.

Unfortunately, no. We don’t have the capability yet to reserve jewelry in advance for your occasions.

Simply pack up the jewelry in the original package (or similar) and ship it back using your prepaid return label. Please make sure there is no jingling or shaking inside the box, and that the jewelry is well padded – this helps prevent damage during transit.

Shipping, Payments, & Returns

We ship primarily through USPS and UPS. If you need shipping through FedEx, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We ship anywhere in the USA. Unfortunately, no international shipping quite yet!

No problem! You can reprint your prepaid shipping label from your Account Page, or send us an email at sara@triellefinejewelry.com and we’ll send you another copy.

Yes! Due to the high value nature of our jewelry, all packages require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure somebody is home to sign for the package on the day of delivery.

We accept all standard credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

All promotional discounts & reward points are manually applied by you. For promotional discounts, begin checkout as normal, and enter the code where prompted.

We offer refund or store credit for purchases only. Refunds are available for 7 days after your order is delivered. If you return item(s) after more than 7 days, you will receive store credit, which is valid for one year. After 30 days, any purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are not available for Subscriptions or 5-Day Rentals.

Repairs & Special Orders

We’re so sorry to hear that, but we’ll gladly help you fix the issue. Please ship the broken jewelry back to us using your prepaid shipping label. We will then send the jewelry to its original designer, and they will have it repaired like new! Repairs typically take 4-6 weeks to complete.

For everyday wear & tear, repairs are covered by Trielle. This can be repairs such as: re-blackening silver, re-polishing gold, or re-shaping a bent ear wire. Some repairs are more intensive, which are only caused through damage, such as cracked or missing stones, severely bent metal, etc. These repairs will be charged to the client.

Absolutely! Reach out to us at sara@triellefinejewelry.com, and let us know which piece you’d like to order. Assuming it is not one of a kind, we will reach out to the designer and have them make you the piece. Please note, special orders are only available for purchase, not for subscriptions or 5-day rentals. Special orders typically take 4-6 weeks to complete.

You can definitely customize your jewelry! At the moment, we are only able to accommodate some customization requests, such as changing a color/stone, using a different metal, or changing a ring size or chain length. If you’re interested in purchasing a custom piece, please reach out to us at sara@triellefinejewelry.com.

Unfortunately, no – once it’s gone, it’s gone! However, we’d be happy to reach out to the original designer and see if they can create something similar for you.

Any jewelry that was special ordered, customized, or modified is final sale. It is not eligible for return or exchange.
